摘  要:加强素质教育,中小学新课程标准下英语课堂教学正在形成新的理念,提高教师的英语教学技能已经十分迫切。加大对英语师范生的教学技能的培养力度,培养良好的英语课堂用语和教态是一个必然选择。一直以来,对英语课堂用语和教态的培养重视不够,学生学习内在动机不强,学习方法不够恰当,实践训练环节薄弱,教学技能很难提高。为此,从英语课堂用语和教态课程的视角,有针对性地探究英语师范生教学技能有效培养的策略。In strengthening quality-oriented education, it has become very urgent to improve English teachers" teaching skills as new ideas are being formed in English class teaching with the new curriculum standards for primary and secondary schools. It is an inevitable choice to reinforce the training of the normal English-majors" teaching skills and cultivate their good classroom English and teaching manners. Teaching skills have hardly been improved due to the following aspects: not attaching great importance to the training of classroom English and teaching manners; weak intrinsic leanqing motivation; inappropriate learning methods; not enough training practice in teaching. Therefore, strategies have been researched regarding the effective training of these students" teaching skills from the perspeclLive of the course Classroom English and Teaching Manner.
