摘　　要：针对目前高等师范院校无机化学实验教学过程中普遍存在的问题,从培养学生的实验兴趣、改进实验教学过程和培养学生的创新能力等方面进行了改革探讨,为实现高等师范院校的培养目标提出有效的建议、方法和措施。The paper discussed the ubiquitous issues in course of inorganic chemistry experiment teaching of normal university at present, such as training experiment interesting and innovating ability of the students as well as reforming experiment teaching process. The effective advice, method and step have been given in order to realize the aim of normal university.
