高校研究型实验室管理方式的探索

摘　　要：针对高校研究型实验室管理中存在的问题,提出将实验室资质认定的理念引入研究型实验室的管理建设中。通过将这一理念应用于实践,细化了实验室各方面的管理措施,提高了实验室的运行效率,培养了实验人员良好的科学实验习惯。整个实验室成为一个系统、协调的整体,实现了高效、良性的运转。为高校研究型实验室管理人员改善实验室管理方式提供一定的经验和借鉴。Aimed at the problems ward with the ideas of laboratory existing in the research lab management in universities and puts for- qualification authentication the construction of research laboratory management. The application of this concept to practice, elaborated the all aspects of the laboratory management measures, improves the efficiency of laboratory, cultivate good habits of the experiment- ers. The laboratory as a system, implement the efficient and benign operation. Research laboratory manager to improve laboratory management way for universities provide certain experience and referflce.
