摘 要:目的:评估血管介入机器人手术的可行性。方法选择20只成年雄性杂犬,开展左侧肾动脉和左侧椎动脉血管介入手术,对机器人手术系统的重要参数和指标进行记录、分析和评估。结果左侧肾动脉与左侧椎动脉造影均成功进行。整个实验过程用时30-60 min,平均(35±4) min,操作者未暴露在X射线下,整个实验过程安全可靠。结论血管介入机器人系统可有效辅助完成介入手术,达到了设计目的。Objective To evaluate the feasibility of vascular interventional robot system. Methods Twenty adult male dogs were operated on the left renal artery and the left vertebral artery with vascular interventional robot system. The important data and parameters were recorded, analyzed and evaluated. Results The renal arteriography and vertebral angiography were performed successfully. The whole process took 30-60 minutes, 35±4 minutes on average. The surgeons were not exposed to X-ray. The whole surgery was safe and reliable. Conclusion The robot could effectively assist the surgeons to fulfill the endovascular interventional surgery, and the purpose of the robot system could be achieved.
