摘 要:以高速球轴承拟静力学计算结果为基础,分析了高速球轴承接触区内的差动滑动状态,结合弹流润滑状态下润滑油的流变特性,得到了差动滑动速度、滑滚比、摩擦因数等在接触区内的分布状态,进而确定了高速球轴承的差动滑动摩擦热量.对轴承转速、载荷、沟曲率系数、初始接触角等参数对差动滑动状态的影响进行了分析计算,得到了差动滑动摩擦热量随转速、载荷、沟曲率系数、初始接触角的变化规律.Differential sliding friction is one of the main friction heat sources of high-speed ball bearings. The differential sliding state of contact area was analyzed based on the quasi-static calculations of high-speed ball bearings. Combined with the rheological properties of lubricants in elastohydrodynamic lubrication condition, the differential sliding velocity, slide-to-roll ratio and the friction coefficient distribution in the contact area are determined, and the differential sliding friction heat is calculated. The influence of the bearing speed, load, groove curvature coefficient and initial contact angle on the differential sliding state was analyzed, and the variation of the differential sliding friction heat with speed, load, groove curvature coefficient and initial contact angle was obtained, which lay the foundation for the study on thermal characteristics and the optimization of structural parameters of high-speed bearings.
