摘　　要：为了做好全日制专业硕士研究生教育,让学生充分了解行业特点,分析了全日制专业硕士新生的情况,阐明了设置在学业教育前期的行业实习课程主要教学任务——了解用人单位对人才的知识、技术、技能的需求以及理解从业素质,介绍了基于帮助学生快速明确专业学习方向,增强专业素质和专业技能的教学目的,并说明了实践中探索的行业实习教学模式、开展步骤,提出了行业实习中技术与行业素质教育、实习教师遴选以及成绩考核的方法。For an good education to full-time professional master＇ s degree postgraduates,let the students fully understand the characteristics of the industry,the paper analyzes an enrolled student situation,clarifies the main teaching task of industry practice course,understands industry demands at knowledge,technology,ability and working quality for talents; introduces professional practice course teaching objectives of enhancing student professional quality and professional skills in order to helps postgraduates quickly knowing their learning direction at study and research for obtaining employment; illustrates our exploring teaching mode and carrying out steps.At last the paper gives a few methods of teaching technology and the industry quality,selecting practice＇ s teacher and evaluating students grade.
