高校普通实验室的消防设施信息管理系统探究

摘　　要：做好消防设施的管理是高校实验室消防管理工作的必要前提。消防设施数量多、规格各异、位置分散,传统的日常管理工作模式效率不高。通过计算机网络技术建立信息管理系统,对消防设施进行全面的、实时的、高效的、系统化的信息管理,不仅使实验室消防设施得到及时快捷的维护,保证完好有效,也使实验室管理人员方便快捷地掌握消防设施的信息,便于实地监管,降低了管理难度,大大提高实验室管理人员的工作效率。Effective management of fire-fighting facilities is important for the effective fire prevention work of all university laboratories.Due to the large number of fire-fighting facilities,various specifications and scattered locations,the efficiency of the traditional mode of management is not high enough.Establishing an information management system based on computer network technology can help to carry out comprehensive,real-time,efficient,systematic information management of fire-fighting facilities.By the system,we are able to not only make a timely and good maintenance of fire-fighting facilities in the labs,but also ensure that the laboratory personnel can access to the information of the firefighting facilities quickly and easily.The system greatly improves the efficiency of the laboratory management,and plays an important role to guarantee the safety at the university laboratories.
