摘 要:文化多元性所带来的文化差异往往会产生矛盾,导致跨国企业劳动关系紧张,甚至破裂。文章从跨文化的新视角来审视和处理企业劳动关系,构建企业跨文化劳动关系管理体系。要实现劳动关系和谐与稳定,识别文化差异、发展文化,认同是前提;文化整合、营造富有特色的不同层次企业文化,保障劳动者合法权益是手段;建立利益协调型关系,塑造劳动者文化是保障。Cultural differences brought about by cultural diversity often result in conflicts, which makes labor relationship tense and broken in transnational enterprises. This article surveyed and dealt with labor relationship of enterprises from a cross-cultural perspective, and built a cross-cultural labor relationship management system. To achieve the harmony and stability of labor relationship, the prerequisite is to identify cultural differences and develop cultural identity ; the means is cultural integration, the creation of different levels of distinctive corporate culture and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of labour; and the guarantee is to establish harmonious relationship of interests and create labour' s culture.
