临床医生同理心现状调查与影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的 调查临床医生同理心现状并探究其影响因素,为开展临床医生的同理心教育和培训提供依据.方法 采用整群抽样方法抽取临床医生468名,用杰弗逊同理心自评量表及医生基本信息问卷进行调查.结果 被调查临床医生的同理心自评量表得分为（109.21±12.6）分,处于中等偏上水平;影响临床医生同理心水平的主要因素为地区经济发展水平、性别、工作年限以及是否参加过相关课程学习.结论 临床医生同理心受多种因素的影响,为了培养和提高临床医生的同理心,建议义在临床工作中融入同理心教育,营造良好的工作氛围,提高医务工作者的人文素养.Objective This paper investigated the clinicians＇ empathy and analyzed its influencing factors to provide the basis for clinicians＇ empathy education and training. Methods 468 clinicians was randomly investigated with stratified cluster sampling method, surveyed with Jefferson scale of physician empathy questionnaire （JSPE）. Results The empathy self-rating scale total score of clinicians surveyed was（109.21±12.6）. The main influencing factors of empathy were regional economic development level, gender, work seniority and relevant trainings. Conclusions Clinicians＇ empathy is influenced by many factors. Combining clinical work with empathy education, building good work atmosphere, increasing humanistic care level of clinicians are suggested to improve their empathy.
