护理高职学生课余时间分配现状调查及对策

摘　　要：目的调查护理高职学生的课余时间分配现状，并提出相应对策。方法随机抽取该校2011～2013级高职护理专业学生300名进行问卷调查，选择课余时间最常见的3项活动（可以重复选择选项，每项最多3次，总选择次数为有效问卷数×3）。并对有效调查结果（96％，289，300）进行统计分析。结果根据调查问卷，护理高职学生课余时间分配活动选择次数占前3位的分别是：休闲娱乐（35％，303／867）、课外活动（30％，260／867）、课外学习（27％，234／867）。289名学生中课余生活感受充实49名（17％），一般75名（26％），空虚165名（57％）。休闲娱乐以上网游戏为主（45％）。结论少数学生课余生活充实，多数学生课余生活空虚无聊，学校应对学生进行合理引导，使学生对课余时间的重要性有充分认识，建立自己良好的计划，使其课余生活丰富多彩，能够健康可持续发展。Objective To investigate present situation of extracurricular life distribution among higher vocational nursing students,and propose corresponding countermeasures. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was distributed to 300 higher vocational nursing students, who were randomly selected from Grade 2011 to 2013. The top three activities, which could be chosen repeatedly up to three times each activity with the overall selection time of valid questionaires multiplied by three ,were selected and the effective results （96.3%, 289/300 ）were analyzed statistically. Results According to the survey questionnaire, leisure entertainment （35%, 303/867）, extracurricular activities （30%, 260/867 ）, extracurricular learning （27%, 234/867 ） were the top 3 choice in the student＇s extracurricular life. Among the 289 students,49 students （17%） felt satisfied with extracurricular life, 75 stu- dents （26%） felt so-so and the other 165 students （57%） felt empty. The main model of leisure entertainments was surfing on web （45%）. Conclusion Some students feel enriched and meaningful,but most of the students feel bored and empty in their ex- tracurricular life, so the college should guid the students to fully understand the importance of extracurricular life and establish a good plan in order to make the extracurricular life rich and colourful with healthy sustainable development.
