摘　　要：提出了“对问题指向只有原则性要求”和“一题多题”是数学开放性问题的本质特点，并初步分析了数学开放性问题的3种基本形式．This paper primarily proposed basic characters of the Uncertain Mathematical Problem that were 'Only principled command about problem' and 'One problem is origin of many certain problems', and analyzed three kinds of basic structure of Uncertain Mathematical Problem.
