摘　　要：从信息意识、信息知识、信息技能、信息道德与信息安全方面调查分析医学生信息素养的现状,结合医学文献检索课教学实践,阐述如何根据医学生信息素养现状进行课程教学改革,包括构建课内课外培养模式与层次化教学体系。The paper investigates and analyzes the current status of medical college students＇ information literacy from the aspects of information awareness,knowledge,skills,ethics,security and other aspects.Combined with the medical literature retrieval teaching practices,it elaborates how to operate the teaching reform according to the current status of medical college students＇ information literacy,including constructing the curricular and extracurricular training mode and hierarchical teaching system.
