摘 要:自19世纪晚期起,双语研究不断发展,现已成为跨学科研究的焦点。虽已取得一些一致的观点,如:与单语者相比,双语者在语言任务中处于劣势,但在非语言任务中处于优势,但依然存在众多争议的问题。本文聚焦双语者的劣势,首先简要陈述双语者劣势在具体语言任务中的体现,然后着重评析旨在解释双语者劣势的两种假设(跨语言干扰说和弱链接假设),最后,就如何看待双语者在语言任务中的表现提供动态的观点。Since late 19th century, unceasing progress has been made in bilingualism research, which has now become a cross- disciplinary focus. There have been some converging points of view. For instance, compared with monolinguals, bilinguals show disadvantages in linguistic tasks but advantages in non-linguistic tasks. However, there remain lots of controversial is- sues. With focus on disadvantages in bilinguals, this paper begins with a brief account of bilinguals' disadvantages as reflec- ted in specific linguistic tasks, followed by a critical evaluation of two hypotheses, namely, cross-language interference and weaker links hypothesis, which are aimed to explain their disadvantages. It ends with a dynamic view of bilinguals' perform- ance in linguistic tasks.
