摘  要:随着信息和电子工业的迅速发展,DIP(Double In-line Package)芯片越来越广泛地应用于各种电子电器产品中。然而在电子产品的回收和拆卸过程中会产生大量废弃的DIP芯片,这些芯片在拆卸过程中引脚难免会产生机械变形。如果采用合适的方法和设备对变形的引脚进行修正,那么这些回收的芯片检测合格后就可以翻新再用。基于DIP芯片引脚的各种机械变形,比较现有的引脚修整设备,设计了一种新型的DIP芯片引脚整形装置,该装置通用性强、操作速度快、性价比高。With the rapid development of information and electronic industry, DIP(Double In-line Package)chips are widely used in various kinds of electronic products. However, a large number of abandoned DIP chips are engendered in the recycling and dismantling process of the electronic products and the mechanical deformations of DIP chip pins are inevitably engendered. If the pins of the DIP chips are shaped appropriately through proper methods and devices, these IC chips can be reused by refurbishment after being tested. Based on various mechanical deformations of DIP chip pins and compared with the existing pin shaping apparatuses, a kind of new pin shaping device is designed for DIP chips, which has advantages of wide adapting range, high operating efficiency and high ratio of performance to price.
