摘 要:目的探讨客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)模式在训练考核医学专科生临床能力中的应用效果。方法收集安庆医药高等专科学校2009级至2011级临床医学专业学生的OSCE考核资料,对考核成绩进行分析,评估OSCE考核医学专科生临床能力的效果和信度。结果 OSCE考核内容的设计基本涵盖医学专科生所需掌握的专业知识,试题难度合理,成绩呈正态分布,考试信度在合理范围内,能够真实、客观地反映学生对专业知识和临床技能的掌握情况及交流沟通等能力。结论 OSCE作为完善的教学考核模式,符合面向基层医疗的医学专科生临床能力的培养需求,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of the OSCE mode testing the medical junior college students' clinical ability. Methods To collect the OSCE data in the clinical medicine specialty students from the Grade 2009 to Grade 2011,analyzing and evaluating the effect and credibility of the students' clinical ability. Results The OSCE assessment contents covered basically the medical students' professional knowledge,task difficulty was rational,exam results presented normal distribution,the credibility of the test was in a reasonable scope,and the OSCE mode could reflect truly and objectively the clinical skills of the college students. Conclusions As perfect teaching evaluation mode,the OSCE is consistent with the need of training the medical students' clinical ability for primary care,and it is worth promoting.
