摘　　要：针对当前高校研究生创新团队的创新能力相对不足的现状,对构建基于Wiki的创新团队管理平台、组建创新团队、完善研究生创新团队自我管理机制等方面进行了深入研究,为高校研究生教学质量的提高提出了建议和改革措施。For the status of current graduate students＇ innovative team＇s relative lack of innovation capability, in-depth research is done on the aspects of establishing Wiki-based creative team management platform, building innovation teams, and completing self-management mechanism of Graduate innovation team. Recommendations and reform measures are put forward to improve the teaching quality of college graduate education.
