摘  要:影响职业选择和职业发展的重要因子是就业价值观。从对广东轻工职业技术学院等四所高职院校09级的"90后"在校学生调查结果发现:"90后"高职大学生积极主动为就业做准备,树立了职业发展观念,但仍然存在就业功利性强、理想与现实有较大差距的情况。就业价值观出现偏差,有多方面的原因。高职院校学生就业价值观的教育要从职业发展的角度,构建全员化职业指导体系,建立预防性职业指导的三级预防机制,以"体验式"教学为主,家、校、企、学生四方联动,才能收到更好的效果。The employment value is an important factor influencing one's career choice and career develop- ment. The survey on the students born in the 1990s found that these students have been making active preparation for their employment and have established career development concept. However, problems also exist including strong sense of employment utilitarian and the big gap between reality and their ideals. The deviation of employ- ment values can be caused by various factors. To improve this situation, graduate students employment values should be cultivated from the perspective of career development, the system of whole career guidance and the ter- tiary prevention mechanism of preventive career guidance should be established, experimental teaching should be given with the interactive cooperation of the families, colleges, enterprises and students.
