摘　　要：基于视频图像对车辆速度进行检测,调用OpenCV自带的运动目标检测框架,来实现对行驶车辆的检测与跟踪,接着根据摄像机标定结果获取图像坐标与世界坐标的转换关系,求得检测车辆在实际空间中的行驶距离,最后依据速度公式便能得到所检测车辆车速。经测试,该方法具有较高的检测精度,满足实际应用的需求。In this paper,based on video image to detect for the vehicle speed,the moving object detection framework of OpenCV is used to achieve the detection and tracking of vehicles traveling.Then,according to the camera calibration results obtained the conversion relationship between the image coordinate and the world coordinate,it can calculate the actual distance of the movement of vehicle and the vehicle speed.After testing,this method has high detection accuracy and meets the requirements in practical applications.
