摘　　要：培养高素质的国际化服务外包人才是我国在服务外包这一新兴产业中取得竞争优势的必要途径,而优秀的国际化服务外包人才必须具备过硬的英语应用能力。根据服务外包人才的特征,结合企业对服务外包人才英语应用能力的要求,分析当前培养模式中存在的问题,提出要提高软件与服务外包人才外语应用能力,必须采取提高重视程度、丰富教学资源和转变学习重点等具体措施。With the fast development of services outsourcing worldwide, it is vital for China to train large number of highly skilled international service outsoureing talents, who must have good command of English. The main attributes of service outsourcing talents are introduced in this paper. The requirements for their practical English capability from the outsourcing companies are discussed. The problems existing in the present training mode are analyzed. At last, the detailed methods in increasing outsourcing talents＇ practical English capability are proposed and summarized,such as paying attention to the study of English, enriching teaching resourcing, and changing the learning points.
