摘 要:构建了同事信任通过知识权力丧失与互惠互利影响知识共享意愿的多元中介效应模型。通过问卷调查,运用结构方程模型和bootstrap再抽样技术对回收的339份有效问卷数据进行假设验证和中介效应显著性检验。结果发现,同事信任对知识共享意愿存在显著的直接和间接正向影响;知识权力丧失和互惠互利在同事信任与知识共享意愿的关系中分别起部分中介作用;知识权力丧失与互惠互利的中介作用大小、同事信任对知识共享意愿的直接与间接作用大小在统计上均无显著性差异。最后讨论了研究结果的理论与实践意义,分析了研究局限并提出了未来研究方向。A multiple mediating effect model on how mutual trust can improve R&D professionals' knowledge sharing intentions through knowledge power loss and reciprocity is built. We test the hypotheses and estimate the significance of mediating effects by using structure equation modeling and bootstrap resampling techniques with 339 valid questionnaires. The results reveal that there is a significant positive direct and indirect effect between mutual trust and knowledge sharing intensions. Knowledge power loss and reciprocity respectively par- tially mediate the relationship between mutual trust and knowledge sharing intentions. The mediating effects of knowledge power loss and reciprocity are almost equal which have no statistically significant difference, so are the direct and indirect effects between mutual trust and knowledge sharing intentions. Finally, implications for theoretical and practical are explored, and the limitations and future research issues are discussed.
