摘　　要：动力学机制的内在逻辑是由微分方程表达的以导数为核心的动力学模型。由于"导数"与"信息"2个概念之间存在着内在的统一性,而且通过"势"概念的逻辑定义和理论研究,可以揭示出信息的导数本质,进而可以给出信息力的科学定义。在此基础上,从"能→力→势"的符号逻辑中,研究能源动力学函数的逻辑表达,从而为中国新能源产业战略研究开辟一条基于信息动力学研究的科学化路径。Promote the evolution and development of the universe is the material dynamics mecha- nism and promoting social progress and change of human is information dynamics mechanism. The dy- namic mechanism of internal logic is expressed by differential equation with derivative as the core of the dynamic model. Due to the ＂derivative＂ and ＂information＂ two looks nothing between the concept of the inherent to the unity of the,And through the ＂shi＂ concept definition of logic and theoretical re- search, Can reveal the derivative essence of information, And then can give information force scientific definition. On this basis, from ＂Energy force-Shi＂ symbols in logic, Study the logic of energy dynam- ic function expression, Thus for China＇s new energy industrial strategy research open up a scientific study the path based on information the dynamics.
