摘　　要：思想政治教育应立足本土丰富的地方文化,在内容上贯通融合地方文化和社会发展中鲜活案例,才能取得良好的教学效果。其中,地方重大事件因其现实生动和矛盾集中的特点,不可避免地对大学生造成冲击,利用事件中典型的正面效应和负面效应,培养学生的理想信念、爱国意识和公民道德达到公民养成的目标。Ideological and political education in universities should have the feature of localization and combine local culture and cases of the society in order to get the good result. Local events are often the focus of contradictory, so it is easy to influence college students＇ s thoughts and behaviors. It is necessary to set up right views and help students to form the patriotic consciousness with the help of positive and negative effects in the event.
