内观法在高职生心理健康教育中的适用性研究

摘　　要：随着高校教育的改革和发展,高职生的心理健康问题日益突出,内观法通过"别人为我做的、我为别人做的、我给别人添的麻烦"这3个问题形式,引起学生的反思,有助于加深自我洞察、加速情感变化、改变认知模式,从而促进高职生的心理健康水平的提升。With the reform and development of university education, psychological health problems of higher vocational students have become increasingly prominent, interior method through ＂others do for me, I can do for others, I give others in trouble＂ three problems of form, cause student＇s reflection, help deepen self insight, help speed up the emotional change and help change the cognitive model, which is helpful to improve students mental health level.
