摘  要:幸福是一种知识、情感和能力。通过搭建八个幸福平台,以知、情、行三步实施策略,实现"幸福教育是一种生命的终极关怀"的目标。大学生幸福教育"831"主题活动涵盖了核心价值观教育、党团教育、思想政治教育、班团建设等众多内容,使学生活动更具实效性。创造一种关怀和尊重个体的环境,使学生有归属感、独立感,促进学生对校园情感意识的形成,从而形成培养大学生内外兼修的思想阵地和成长的精神家园。Happiness is a kind of knowledge, emotion and ability. The strategy of happiness education is implemented by building eight plat- forms of happiness, discovering happiness through three steps, experiencing happiness, and creating happiness to realize the goal that happiness education is the ultimate concern of life. The "31" theme activities of college happiness education cover the core values education, Party education, ideological and political education, class group and many other content, which make students' activities more effective. To create a kind of environment with love and respect for the individual will make students have a sense of belonging and independence, promote the formation of students' emotion consciousness on campus, thereby cultivating an inter- nal and external ideological field and spiritual home for college students in the new era.
