摘  要:桥式起重机广泛应用于林业生产过程中,而对于林用起重机的设计研究,目前国内都是采用传统的设计方法,结构很保守。安全系数较大,致使材料浪费。该文用PROE建立某起重机主梁的三维模型,导入ANSYS对其典型工况下进行分析,得出其可优化的结论,然后用MATLAB建立数学模型进行优化,最后用PROE按照优化的参数进行建模导入ANSYS分析验证,用此方法优化后的主梁,大大的减少了主梁的材料,降低了制造成本。Bridge crane is widely used in forestry production process, but the crane design for forest mostly adopted the traditional design method in China at present, the structure was very conservative with bigger safety coefficient, so leading material-wasting. By using PROE, a three-dimensional model of the crane girders was established and by importing it to ANSYS and analyzing under the typical working conditions, it was proved that the model can be optimized. And then the mathematical model was set up by using matlab and optimized, finally using PROE, according to optimized parameters of the model established a three-dimensional model again and following step is importing it to ANSYS to analysis and validated. The optimized main girder made with the method greatly reduced the materials, lowered the manufacturing cost.
