试析现代职业教育的现代性

摘　　要：我国"现代职业教育"的现代性,应具有当前世界职业教育"现代性"的共性特征,又体现我国职业教育发展阶段的个性特征。其具体体现在以人为本、面向社会、可持续发展的先进理念上,体现在教育行为对学习者、职业教育、经济社会发展和需求的适切上,体现在职业教育人民满意、社会满足、可持续发展的良好效果上。现代职业教育现代性的实质是职业教育的适切性和可持续性。The modernity of modem vocational education in China should not only have the common characteristics of the modernity Of vocational education in the world, hut also embody the personality characteristics of China＇s vocational education development phase. It concretely embodies the advanced theories of people-oriented, society-oriented and sustainable development, the suitability of education behaviors towards learners, vocational education, and social and economic development and needs, and the good effect of vocational education in people＇s satisfaction, social satisfaction and sustainable de- velopment. The essence of modernity of modem vocational education is suitability and sustainability.
