摘　　要：针对职技高师教育的特点,对职技高师大学生职业核心技能进行界定,运用调查问卷的手段,构建相应的职技高师大学生职业核心技能分析模型,该模型由关键职业核心技能层、中间职业核心技能层和功能性职业核心技能层等三个层次、12种能力组成。为有效促进这些能力的培养,应在课程体系设计、理论教学、实践教学、学生课余生活等方面进行相应改革。According to the characteristics of higher vocational and technical teacher education, this paper defined its students＇ core skills and constructed the corresponding analysis model for students＇ core vocational skills by the means of questionnaire. The model is consisted of 3 skill levels of key core vocational skills, middle core vocational skills and functional core vocational skills and 12 abilities. To effectively promote the cultivation of the abilities, it is vital to launch the reform in course system design, theoretic teaching, practice teaching, studetns＇ extracurricular activities, etc.
