摘　　要：医师职业精神维护了医学的可持续发展性,监控着背离医学专业行为的发生。分析公立医院医师薪酬现状,探讨医院薪酬模式与医师职业精神的关系,提出并实施医师薪酬模式优化的举措,为公立医院有效促进医师职业精神建设提供启示和借鉴。Medical Professionalism keeps the sustainable development of medical science, and prevents the behaviors that go against the medical ethics. The article analyzed the current situation of physician payment model in public hospitals, discussed the relationship of the physician payment model and medical professionalism, and made proposals and implementations of initiatives to optimize the payment systems, so as to give inspiration for the public hospitals to build physicians＇medical professionalism.
