摘 要:通过动物实验研究乳源性生物活性肽Gln-Glu-Pro-Val-Leu(QEPVL)的抗炎能力,将32只小鼠随机分成空白组、模型组、低剂量组和高剂量组4组,利用脂多糖(Lipopolysaccharides,LPS)建立急性炎症模型,测定血清一氧化氮(NO)浓度和总抗氧化能力(TAOC)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的浓度。结果表明,在100 mg/kg剂量下灌喂QEPVL水溶液30天可以显著降低血清NO浓度,并显著提高动物体内各种还原酶的酶活,提高机体抗氧化能力,缓解炎症引发的氧化应激状态,从而起到抗炎的功效。随着QEPVL剂量的加大,其抗炎效果加强。In this study, we investigated the anti-inflammation capacity of a milk-derived peptide Gln-Glu-Pro-Val-Leu (QEPVL) in mouse models. 32 Balb/c mouse were randomly separated into 4 groups: control group, model group, low-peptide group and high-peptide group. The LPS-induced inflammation model was built, nitric oxide (NO) of serum, total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC), superoxide dismu- tase (SOD), Glutathion Peroxidase(GSH-PX), malondialdehyde (MDA), catalase (CAT) in livers were determined. Results showed that serum NO and liver MDA were significantly decreased by QEPVL at a concentration of 100 mg/kg for 30 days administration while SOD, GSH- PX, CAT and T-AOC were significantly increased, which proved that the antioxidant capacity of liver were raised to ease the oxidative stress in mouse body, therefore proved QEPVL to have an anti-inflammation effect. The anti-inflammation capacity was found to be im- proved with the increasing of dosage.
