摘 要:为进一步明确增压柴油机进排气系统优化仿真过程中寻优变量的选择方向,采用一维性能分析软件GT-Power中自带的DOE功能,对影响发动机整机仿真结果 (动力性、燃油经济性和可靠性)的15个进排气系统特征参数进行了敏感性分析,并完成了各参数敏感度的排序和比较。分析结果表明,进排气系统阻力是进排气系统设计中的2个重要控制量。与进气管路结构参数相比,排气管路结构参数对各项指标的影响更敏感,而且其中的涡轮出口连接管直径、排气总管直径和长度是3个主要设计参数。To determine the direction of optimization variables in optimizing simulation of the intake and exhaust system of a turbocharged diesel engine, the sensitivity analysis of 15 characteristic parameters of intake and exhaust system that affect the complete engine performance (power performance, fuel economy and reliability) is made by using DOE tool in GT-Power, and comparison of different parameter sensitivity to performance index is conducted, getting a sensitivity taxis. The analysis results show that intake resistance and exhaust resistance are more important control variables in the intake and exhaust system design process, and the structure parameters of the exhaust system are much more sensitive to all performance indexes than those of the intake system. In addition, the parameters such as the diameter of pipe connected to turbine outlet, as well as the length and diameter of exhaust pipe are three dominate design parameters that affect performance indexes in the structure parameters of the exhaust system.
