摘  要:仪器分析实验课程围绕应用型、创新型人才培养目标对教学中的教学模式及成绩评定等问题进行了探讨。通过开设开放式实验教学课程、采取更加全面和科学的实验考核制度、引入实验奖励机制及加强实验教师队伍建设等改革措施,激发学生的学习积极性、实践能力、创新能力,有利于培养应用型、创新型人才。In view of cultivating objective of the application type, innovative talents, the teaching mode and system of performance evaluation in instrumental analysis experiments are discussed. Some improvfi3g measures are proposed to solve main problems. The measures include adding opening experimental teaching, taking the more comprehensive and scientific experimental evaluation system, improving the construction of experimental teaching team as well as introducing the experimental reward mechanism. The previous measures promote students' learning enthusiasm and the practical ability successfully, which are propitious for cultivating application type, innovative talents.
