摘 要:教师行为是教师素质的外化形式。狭义的教师行为仅指教师在教育教学中所采取的具体行动。本文对教师行为与学生行为的关系、教师培训对教师行为改变的影响、文化背景差异对教师行为的影响进行了探讨。在研究教师行为特征时采用问卷法、观察法和自然实验法。最后提出了四个有待进一步研究的问题。Teacher behavior is the external representation of teachers' quality. In narrow sense, teacher behavior only consists of the action taken in the education and teaching. This paper an-alyzes the relationship between teacher behavior and student be-havior, the effect of teacher training on teacher behavior, the ef-fect of different culture contexts on teacher behavior. Question-naire, observation and natural experimentation are often em-ployed in exploring teacher behavior. Finally, four questions are proposed for further investigation.
