摘　　要：加强班级凝聚力建设是新形势下加强高校班级建设的有效途径。目前,班级建设工作中存在教育机制滞后、手段单一、方法单板、载体匮乏等问题,提出坚持柔性教育与刚性管理相结合的教育理念,把思想政治教育融入学校管理之中,使自律与他律、激励与约束有机地结合起来,有效地引导大学生的思想和行为。Strengthening the construction of class cohesion is an effective way of enhancing university class construction in the new situation. Currently, there are some problems in class con-struction, such as backward education mechanisms, single means, rigid methods, and deficient carriers. The education con-cept of combining flexible education and strict management was proposed,and ideological and political education was infiltrated into university management, so as to realize the organic combina-tion of self-discipline and heteronomy, as well as stimulation and constraint, and effectively guide university students＇ ideology and behavior.
