摘　　要：质量是高职院校生存发展的关键。围绕高职教育的培养目标,分别从制度保障、教学保障、教师队伍保障、质量监控保障、信息反馈保障和外部力量的保障阐述了教学、实训质量保障体系,积极探索提高高职院校教学、实训质量的方法。Quality is the key to the survival and development of higher vocational colleges. Around the training goal of higher vocational education, it states the insurance system of teaching and training from system, teaching, staff, quality control, feed-back of information and the external force security, and actively explores methods of improving the quality of teaching and training in higher vocational colleges.
