摘　　要：长期以来,山区贫困问题一直困扰着我国经济社会的总体发展步伐。贫困山区的存在有多方面的原因,但根本的原因就是教育落后。解决问题的具体措施是:加大政府教育投入的力度;拓宽基层党组织的功能;利用高等学校的人才优势;发挥各社会团体的作用。Poverty in mountainous areas always plagues the overall social developing of China for a long time. Educational backwardness is the key point among several reasons of the existence of poor mountainous areas. The specific measures for solving this problem includes： increasing the executive investment in education, evolving the function grassroots organizations, exerting the human resources of colleges, and enhancing the role of various social groups.
