摘  要:2013年中国高校毕业生人数达699万,再创历史新高,比2012年多19万,而就业岗位却不增反减,2013年被称为"史上最难就业季"。在如此严峻的形势下,大学生就业能力欠缺的问题也日益显露出来。提升大学生的就业能力是解决就业难的关键所在,本文对提升师范专科院校学生的就业能力提出了相应的对策。首先对大学生就业能力的相关理论进行了阐述;接着分析师范类专科生就业能力的现状及存在的问题,紧接着结合当前"十二五"规划的背景和师范专科院校学生就业能力的实际情况提出了提升师范类专科生就业能力的策略,特别提出了建构政府、师专院校和用人单位三方互动就业能力培养机制。In 2013, the number of Chinese college graduates reaches 6990000, a new record, 190000 more than that in 2012, while the employment is reduced. The year 2013 is thus called "the most difficult employment season in history". In such a grim situation, college students' lack of employment ability is also increasingly exposed. Therefore, to improve college students" employment ability is the key to the solution of difficult employment. This article proposes the corresponding countermeasures to improve the employment ability of the students in normal college. Firstly, the theories related to the college students employment ability are described; then, the current situation of normal college students" employment ability and the existing problems with it are analyzed, and combining with the current background of the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" and the practical situation of the em- ployment ability of normal college students, some strategies to improve their employment ability are put forward, especially the construction of the training mechanism of employment ability integrating the government, the colleges and the employer.
