新课程标准视阈下的外语基础教育阶段衔接策略

摘　　要："新课程标准"虽提出各阶段的具体分级目标,但没有明确提出阶段衔接教学的具体要求,各阶段教学内容零散脱节、交叉重复的现象依然严重。教学者必须从宏观上科学设计好两个阶段同一系统的教学目标和教学要求,确保两个阶段的教学内容首尾呼应,才能实现中小学英语教学的有效衔接和顺利过渡。The New Curriculum Standards sets specific goals in each stage but fails to put forward any requirements in cohesion, and incohesion and disorder in English teaching contents remain serious. Only by taking English teaching in these two stages as a whole and strategically setting a scientific goal in one system and two stages to ensure consistency, coherence, compatibility, graduality and entirety in English teaching can we achieve effective cohesion in English teaching proficiency
