摘 要:中国近代教育学会与政府之关系随社会变迁呈现动态轨迹。政府通过颁订法律法规,既为教育学会的生存与发展提供制度保障,又力图将其活动制约在"学术研究"框架内,体现出社会管理者的权威及对教育学会职能的认知;教育学会据此调适自身行动、"顺应"政府要求理所当然,但由于彼此在理念与行动上并非完全合拍,"抗争"势必难免。近代中国"救亡图存"的教育诉求,则热切呼唤着教育学会与政府间的互动与合作,以推进教育学术与教育事业的发展。The relationships between China Modem plex situations with the transformation of modem China Education Society and government have rendered com- society. Through issuing laws and regulations, China government not only provides an institutional guarantee for the survival and development of the Education Soci- ety, but also have its activities refined to the framework of "academic research", which demonstrates the au- thority of government as the society administer and its acknowledgement on the function of the Education Socie- ty. Naturally, the Education Society adjusted its actions accordingly to adapt to the government requirement; but as they were not totally in tune with each other on the conceptions and actions, confrontations were inevita- ble. On the other hand~ "Salvation" as the educational aspirations earnestly calls for the Education Society to interact and cooperate with the government so as to promote the development of China modem educational aca- demics and career.
