摘　　要：糖蜜的资源化一直受到重视,主要介绍了糖蜜的利用状况.直接利用,包括在饲料中的应用和在造纸中的应用;改性利用,包括作为混凝土外加剂和缓凝剂、利用糖蜜酒精废液制造生物有机复合肥（生物法）、生产单细胞蛋白、生产塑料、制取食用纤维、制取色素,展望了糖蜜的应用研究前景.The resource utilization of molasses is always attended,mainly introduced the utilization of molasses.Direct application,including the application of feed and papermaking;modified application,including as a concrete admixtures and retarders 、to product bio-organic fertilizer （biological） 、to produce single cell protein、the production of plastic 、making dietary fiber、the utilization and research progress of molasses are prospected、preparation of pigment.
