高职汽车维修类专业兼职教师队伍建设的思考与实践

摘　　要：结合学院国家骨干院校师资队伍建设方案,以车辆工程系汽车类专业兼职教师队伍建设为例,剖析高职汽车类专业兼职教师队伍建设的重要性和紧迫性,分析当前高职汽车类专业兼职教师队伍建设存在的问题,提出建设和管理兼职教师队伍的实践性建议。In this paper, the authors describe teachers faculty building programs of national backbone institutions in our school. According to part-time teachers building of Department of Vehicle Engineering, analyze the importance and urgency of the part-time teachers construction about vocational automotive specialty, also present the current problems of part-time teachers, practical advices of the construction and management about part-time teachers are proposed.
