摘  要:卡罗尔·吉利根对劳伦斯·科尔伯格的道德发展阶段论进行了批判和改进,提出了关怀道德取向理论。该理论把人的道德发展划分为三个水平和两个过渡时期,并且认为道德倾向有性别区分,男性较倾向于公正取向的道德伦理观,女性倾向于关怀取向的道德伦理观。这一理论对我国道德教育的启示是学校道德教育需注重性别差异、重视道德教育的情境性、道德教育应回归生活。Carol Gilligan advanced the theory of care moral orientation based on his criticism of and improvement on Kohlberg's theory of moral development stages. According to Gilligan's theory, human moral development is divided into three levels and two transitional periods, and the gender differences can be discerned in moral orientation in that men tend to adopt a justice-oriented moral and ethical concept, while women are apt to use employ a care-oriented one. The enlightenment of Carol Gilligan's theory is that efforts should be made to focus on the gender differences and situational emphasis in the moral education in China, and that moral education should be practical and close to life reality.
