摘 要:针对当前多目标算法求解供应商选择问题难以得到精确解析解的缺陷,及理论方法在实际应用中的局限性,提出一种多目标算法理论与企业决策实际相结合的新的供应商选择方法。首先提出了模块化解决供应商选择问题的一般方法路线;其次,提出一种改进的量子粒子群算法,优化了非劣解的搜索能力;最后,提出了基于关系成本效率的交互式决策模型。某公司的采购案例表明了该方法在企业实际经营中的有效性和适用性。Considering are very difficult to reach a fact that most of the multi-objective methods for supplier-selection single precise solution and that the theoretical models are often confined in practical uses, a new method combining multi-objective programming and decision making is proposed. Firstly, a general method for supplier selection problem is built up. Secondly, the improved multi-objective quantum-behaved particle swarm optimization is proposed to ameliorate searching ability of true Pareto solutions. Thirdly, an interactive decision-making model based on relationship cost efficiency is created to help deliver a satisfying solution. Finally, an example illustrates effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method.
