摘　　要：德国、荷兰的法律体系与中国的法律体系均属于大陆法系,宜采用大陆法系部门法体系模式梳理和讲解教学内容。判例在中国司法实践中的地位日益提高,宜采用判例教学方法介绍部门法规范性的文件。遵循可接受性原则及应用性原则,辅以适当的教学场所、手段、方法、师资及多元化教学评价进行教学设计与教学实施。The legal system of Germany, the Netherlands and China all fall into the category of the continental legal family. Thus, while teaching Chinese laws to the international exchange students, the system of legal braches in the continental legal family should be adopted to sort out and explain Chinese law. The cases have gained an increasingly higher position in China＇s judicial practice, so the case- based teaching should be appropriately used in the implementation of sector-specific laws. For teaching design and implementation of teaching, we＇d better follow the principle of acceptability and applicability, supplemented by appropriate teaching places, means, methods, teachers and diversified student performance assessment.
