摘　　要：随着社会的进步、教育事业的发展,全民教育及终身教育正在日益普及。现阶段,成人高教资源短缺、有限的教育资源利用分散与配置不合理、规模扩张"过度"开发、乃至资源浪费等问题,这就需要资源共享的模式进行改革和创新,以达到资源的有效共享与利用,提高成人高教人才培养的质量。因此,文中着重探讨基于学习成果互认的成人高等教育资源共享问题,进而为成人高教的改革、发展和创新服务。Along with the development of society and education, universal education and lifelong education become increasingly popular. At present, adult higher education resources, which is deficient and wasted, under-utilized, un- reasonably configured and over expanded, requires for a reform and innovation of resource sharing model to achieve effective resource sharing and utilization and improve the quality of adult higher education personnel training. There- fore, this paper focuses on adult educational resources sharing issues based on the mutual recognition of learning out- comes and further contributes to the reform, innovation and development of adult higher education.
