成人高等教育校企合作人才培养模式探讨——以重庆大学为例

摘　　要：校企合作办学模式是一种学校与企业资源、信息共享的"双赢"人才培养模式,也是推进成人高等教育开放式办学的重要渠道。重庆大学为保证成人高等教育健康、优质、可持续发展,准确定位人才培养目标,深化教学改革,在校企合作办学中开展了多种模式的探索与实践,为地方经济建设培养了一大批优秀技术人才,也为成人高等教育教学模式改革积累了实践经验。School-and-Enterprise Cooperative Pattern is a win-win one of talent training mode, in which university and enterprise can share resource and information with each other. It is also an important channel for the open education in adult higher education. Chongqin University carried out a variety of explorations and practices in School-to-Enterprise Cooperative Pattern with accurate talent training goals and deepening teaching reform. Under this circumstance, Chongqing Unversity has cultivated a large number of outstanding talents for the local economic construction while accu- mulating practical experience for the teaching model reform in adult higher education.
