摘  要:基于国内所研制的微型观光旅游电动汽车平顺性差的缺点,以多体动力学理论为基础,在ADAMS/Car中建立唐山市电动汽车重点实验室前期研制的微型观光旅游电动汽车虚拟样机模型。分析并建立其前后悬架系统弹簧刚度和减震器阻尼约束条件,采用正交实验法在ADAMS/Car Ride中对整车进行各参数组合的平顺性仿真分析。获得前后悬架系统参数对此微型观光旅游电动汽车平顺性影响主次顺序,最终得到前后悬架弹簧刚度和减震器阻尼匹配的相对最优解。大幅度改善了此微型观光旅游电动汽车平顺性,并为进一步提高其平顺性指引了优化方向。Aiming at the poor ride comfort of the micro tourism electric vehicles which are made in domestic,based on the multi body dynamics theory,the virtual prototype model of the micro tourism electric vehicle of Tangshan electric vehicle key laboratory is build.Analysizing and establishing the constraint conditions of the suspension spring stiffness and damping of its front and rear suspension system,In the ADAMS/Car Ride model,all combinations of the parameters by using the orthogonal experimental method are simulated.The influencing order of the front and rear suspension system parameters are obtained to the ride comfort of this miniature tourism electric vehicle,finally the relatively optimal front and rear suspension spring stiffness and damping matching solution are got.This miniature tourism electric automobile ride comfort,and guide the optimization direction to further improve the ride comfort are greatly improved.
