摘　　要：随着高等教育大众化进程的加快,社会对于高校育人职能的要求日益提高,大学的学生事务工作在管理的基础上也现实性地增加了发展与服务的职能,建立一支专业、高效的辅导员队伍成为提高高校育人质量的重要环节。在此方面,美国高校学生事务专项分工模式为我们提供了成功的范例,也为我国辅导员专业化发展提供了新的途径。With the popularization of higher education and social progress of the reform, the internal and external environment of our higher education has undergone changed greatly, college counselors has been given more functions and roles on the basis of the original management. The various conflicts make the counselors powerless in their work, directly affect the quality of education in Colleges and universities. The mode of special division of counselors~ development gives a new thought and method, has its specific value. In this paper, through the analysis of college counselors＇ role and status, on the basis of the expe- riences of developed countries and regions, combined with our own fact, discuss the work mode of the path of counselors＇ special division.
