摘 要:构建跨专业综合实验体系是管理类专业学生适应职业岗位具备多专业知识结构、用人单位对管理类专业学生多专业综合知识和能力需求的必要措施。论文在分析开展管理类跨专业综合实验的必要性和可行性的基础上,建立了包括专业感性认知实验、单一课程模拟操作实验、专业综合实验和跨专业综合实验四个层次在内的跨专业综合实验体系,以企业版ERP软件搭建综合实验平台为基础,通过加强师资队伍建设、改革教学方式与方法、改革课堂组织形式、改革考核内容与方式等保证跨专业综合实验体系的实施。该跨专业综合实验体系实施效果成效明显,不仅提高了学生的实践能力和创新能力,而且满足了用人单位对管理类专业学生具备多专业综合知识能力的人才需求,深受用人单位好评,具有推广价值。Multi-disciplinary comprehensive experiment system is a necessary measure for students of management major to suit to career positions with multi-disciplinary comprehensive knowledge structure and the needs of the employer of the multi-disciplinary knowledge. On the basis of analyzing the necessity and feasibility of developing multi-disciplinary comprehensive experiment for management major, this paper established four levels of inter-professional comprehensive experiment system which includes perceptual cognition of major experiment, single-course simulation operation experiment, disciplinary comprehensive experiment and multi-disciplinary comprehensive experimen. It also built a comprehensive training platform by enterprise ERP software to strengthen the teaching effects, to reform teaching methods, The multi-disciplinary comprehensive experiment system was realized by class organization and assessment content and methods. The multi-disciplinary comprehensive experiment system achieved remarkable success. This system not only improved the practical ability and innovation ability of students, but also satisfied the enterprises ' demand of students with multi-disciplinary knowledge and ability in management major. It was deeply appraised by employers and deserves promotion.
