摘  要:高等教育和民族地方经济的高速发展,促使地方高校实验室必须由注重扩张场地规模、设备数量等的外延发展模式转变为内涵型的建设和发展模式。基于民族地方的特点,探讨了持续提升高校实验室科学研究、人才培养、服务社会等核心能力对实验室科学内涵型建设的意义,提出在民族地方高校实验室融入民族特色文化、培养民族发展人才、开放普通实验室、对外共享实验资源、树立民族品牌化运营模式、民族资源和特色文化教育案例化等方面的措施,为民族地方高校实验室内涵式发展提供参考。The rapid development of the local economy and state higher education, was prompting local university laboratory to focus on its development mode. It was urgent to transform the epitaxial development model with expansion of the laboratory scale into connotation construction model. Based on features of minority regions, the significance of the university laboratory scientific research, personnel training and service to the community, were discussed as the core eompetencies of laboratory connotation construction. Some measures were presented to the management, including integration the minority culture into local university laboratory, training ethnic talents for minority development, opening common laboratory to learner, external sharing experimental resources, building a ethnic brand for market business, and developing case teaching on resources and culture with ethnic characteristics. These arguments could be provided a reference to the development of ethnic local university laboratory connotation.
