摘  要:自行设计了一套廉价的、开放式汽油机工作过程采样与分析系统。介绍了该系统的功能、解决采集循环数和计算机内存矛盾的方法、上止点标定方法以及系统软硬件的抗干扰措施等。经在 4 65Q汽油机上的实验表明 :该系统运行可靠、获取信息直观方便、系统分析功能强 ,是一个廉价。A cheap and open working process acquisition and analysis system for gasoline engine has been developed. Its function, the method of solving the conflict between the acquisition speed and computer memory, the calibration method of TDC and the anti-interference measures adopted in software and hardware are presented. The experiment on model 465Q diesel engine shows that the system is reliable, it can directly and conveniently obtain the information with powerful analysis function. Therefore, it is a cheap and effective acquisition and analysis system.
